With these articles we will discover that God made a covenant with the Jewish people. God made the covenant and when He makes it, it is forever. It cannot and will not be broken by Him. He is a covenant keeping God! Abram did not make this covenant, God made it. Genesis 15 and 17 tells us all about it.
Genesis 15:6-7; 17-18 KJV
6. And he believed in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
7. And he said unto him, I am the Lord that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it.
17. And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.
18. In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
Genesis 17:1-4;7-8 KJV
1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
2. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.
3. And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,
4. As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
7. And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.
8. And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
Jeremiah 27:5 ESV
It is I who by my great power and my outstretched arm have made the earth, with the men and animals that are on the earth, and I give it to whomever it seems right to me.
God gave the land that the Jewish people live in, know as Israel, to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. A spiritual battle is going on right now for the land. The devil is trying to destroy the Jewish people to prove God is not a covenant keeping God. But according to Jeremiah 31 that will never happen. The Jewish people will always live in this land from now on. Read what it says, and believe it, because the Jews will always have the land of Israel.
Jeremiah 31:31-37 KJV
31. Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
32. Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord:
33. But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
34. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
35. Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name:
36. If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
37. Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord.

((Jeremiah 31:32) is the Mosaic covenant not the Abrahamic covenant. No one can keep the law as Paul says in Galatians 3, the law was to teach us that it is impossible to keep it. We needed Jesus to come so that faith in God could be revealed, Just like Abram believed and it was counted as righteousness to him, and so it is with us.)
